Insurances Accepted:  Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, & Compsych, Optum, United Healthcare, & Harvard Pilgrim.

*To ensure accuracy in billing, please call and verify your deductibles and co-payments prior to your initial intake appointment. 

 

Credit Card Policy:

We require that a credit card remain on file to cover the cost of services should your insurance not cover the cost and/or for late cancellations and no sows. Cards are billed at the close of the business day.
